We are very lucky to have a great group of friends. We are even more lucky that one of these friends has a beach house in Amelia Island. This year, the group (sans Kelly and I) decided to participate in the sprint triathlon. So we arrived Friday, the race was Saturday morning, and then we spent the rest of the time relaxing and enjoying beach life.
You have no idea how difficult it is to wrangle 9 people together for a group picture before 7 AM! The athletes are Beau, Kriya, Tigger, Mandy, Mandy's cousin, Jenny, Chris, Ash, and Jay.

This picture shows one of the beloved beach games that we play each year. It doesn't really have a name but the entire point of the game is to get your golf balls into the hole on the other team's side. Very simple and entertains us for hours on end.
