Exhausted

Poor John Henry.  He's transitioning to one nap a day.  He's dropping his morning nap and sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.  We're not really doing it by choice, it just seems that he's not taking a morning nap at daycare.  As a result, he barely makes it through lunch. Or in the case below, he's not making it through lunch...

Poor thing fell asleep in the highchair.
